Move, Connect, Thrive: classes, Workshops & Community Space
At Elements, we believe that true wellness comes from integrating mind, body, and spirit. Our classes and workshops are designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and balance.
Introduction

Group Yoga Classes
Yoga is a mental and physical practice that can build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and manage pain. Yoga has been used as a meditative and therapeutic practice for centuries.
Group Yoga is provided to a group of people on a regular schedule.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a blend of traditional yoga practice and mind-body therapy. It is a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness, uniquely curated to your needs.
You will work 1:1 with E-RYT500, C-IAYT certified yoga therapist Javi Vason to create a holistic, trauma-informed plan that uses movement, breath, mindfulness, and self-inquiry to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Yoga therapy supports stress reduction, pain management, rehabilitation for injuries, mental health, and addiction recovery.
At Elements we take great care to provide all services from a trauma-informed standpoint and strive to make all services accessible to people from all walks of life.

Workshops
At Elements, we host a variety of workshops that evolve throughout the year, offering opportunities for growth, healing, and connection. Our workshops range from mind and body practices to spiritually centered experiences, all designed to help you deepen your self-awareness and well-being. Check back often to see what’s new—there’s always something fresh and inspiring happening in our space.
