Group Yoga Classes

Yoga is a mental and physical practice that can build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and manage pain. Yoga has been used as a meditative and therapeutic practice for centuries.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a blend of traditional yoga practice and mind-body therapy. It is a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness, uniquely curated to your needs.

You will work 1:1 with E-RYT500, C-IAYT certified yoga therapist Javi Vason to create a holistic, trauma-informed plan that uses movement, breath, mindfulness, and self-inquiry to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.

Yoga therapy supports stress reduction, pain management, rehabilitation for injuries, mental health, and addiction recovery.

At Elements we take great care to provide all services from a trauma-informed standpoint and strive to make all services accessible to people from all walks of life.

Professional education

Yoga Teacher Training
with Javi Vason E-RYT500, C-IAYT

This Yoga Teacher Training is designed for those seeking to teach yoga from an embodied, nervous system–informed, and ethically grounded foundation.

The training integrates:

  • Classical yoga philosophy in modern, real-world contexts

  • Embodied anatomy and functional movement

  • Nervous system regulation and trauma-aware teaching

  • Inclusive, consent-based cueing and class design

  • Relational intelligence, boundaries, and scope of practice

Students are trained to teach with clarity, presence, and responsibility—prioritizing regulation, awareness, and lived experience over performance or aesthetics.

This program is suitable for aspiring yoga teachers as well as current instructors seeking a deeper, more sustainable teaching framework.

***Spring 2026 dates to be announced.
